This comprehensive tool takes all of the properties with in a given radius ( set by us) sold, under contract, and for sale, to calculate your homes value. This tool gives you a variety of options that allows you to fine tune the value of your home. You can score your home on a 1-5 star rating system to reflect its current condition.
