Mark is a father of two; a son 22 and daughter 18. Mark was a civil engineer in the USAF. Through those experiences, in Germany (plumbing, electrical, carpentry and planning) he transitioned to the civilian sector of the same field in upstate NY. A base closure required another relocation to SC where the Real Estate career began over 20 years ago. Mark enjoyed success in the field until another relocation to Guam created an opportunity to work for the housing/management field. Upon redirection to MO- where he again continued his real estate career before returning 14 years ago to "his favorite" Charleston market. Over the years he has worked with people of all walks of life with a wide variety of different criteria, from size, location, schools, resale, investment, down-sizing, second homes, etc. He has worked with many in the military, Boeing, Volvo, Bosch, hospital and medical, security and fire personnel, as well as just about everything else imaginable. Mark also enjoys working with people who have specific requirements- even if they are relocating he is able to assist them in getting in contact with a professional in the new area.
