James is a South Carolina native, born in Aiken and raised in Barnwell. His mother raised him to be a true southern gentleman! He joined the U.S. Marine Corps, which ultimately led him to Charleston. He fell in love with Charleston’s charm and has since called it home. When out and about in the city, you can find James eating at his favorite local restaurants. James served in the USMC Reserves for 6 years, Account Management for 8 years, obtained his CDL and operated a tractor-trailer for 4 years, and now helps clients to buy and sell their homes. He loves real estate because he is able to use his compassionate nature daily. James has a contagious smile and a servant’s heart. His work ethic draws people to him.
