David has specialized in residential property sales in the Charleston area. With millions in sales, Dave prides himself in remembering real estate is more about the relationships, than the actual business. He understands that he sell’s houses and people buy homes. David is a graduate of the College of Charleston, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and he earned his Master’s in Business at Charleston Southern University. David also served in the United States Army and is retired from the Air Force Reserves. After graduating, David became a supply chain professional; procuring, negotiating and managing contracts in the manufacture sector. After 20 years in corporate management, David decided to pursue his real passion in Real Estate. David made his move to Realtor One Group Coastal, “I wanted to join an organization that understands the challenges facing the Charleston real estate market.
