Co-Founder of Cobblestone properties, Nick Crane is a Real Estate Broker, specializing in the residential and commercial sale of properties in the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. Nick grew up around the real estate industry and has a great passion for helping clients utilize real estate to achieve their long-term personal and financial goals. Originally from Maryland, Nick moved to South Carolina in 2013 to attend the College of Charleston, earning his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. For Nick, the real estate spark was truly ignited while attending college where he had the opportunity to learn the construction and renovation side of the business. Before obtaining his real estate license, Nick worked as an Energy Auditor for Efficient Home, LLC. And later, in the home repair and construction field with Sitka Development. He feels fortunate to be able to provide his clients with a unique and well- rounded skill set, combining his knowledge of home construction and energy efficiency with local expertise and market insight. Whether buying or selling, Nick is dedicated to achieving his clients’ goals and believes in bringing honesty, integrity, innovation and fun to every real estate transaction. Nick has been practicing Real Estate in the lowcountry full-time since 2017 and has held his Brokers License since 2022, with history as a Managing Broker of a local firm. Cobblestone Properties is Nick’s idea of what a Real Estate team can be, and focuses heavily on investment Real Estate and hands-on agent training.
