| I've been selling real estate for over 19 years now and have lived in Charleston for 37 years. I can't imagine living anywhere else! With the beaches, boating, cuisine, history and so much to do it makes Charleston a unique place to call home. I know the area very well, I enjoy working with first time buyers and guiding them through the process. I also have been fortunate to work with many VA buyers & I completed the Military Relocation Professional certification. I also love to help sellers get the most when the time comes to sell. I view my role as to guide and help the buyer find what they want and then to negotiate the best deal possible. I don't think being "pushy" is how you should do business. I have 2 sons, 31 & 29 and enjoy boating, golf and relaxing with family & friends. |
