My name is Mark Dundervill, I’m a proud West Virginia native who swapped the mountains for the coast and never looked back. Born in Charleston, WV and a die-hard WVU Mountaineer, I made the move to Charleston, SC in 2018 with my wife and instantly knew I was home. Truth is, I’ve been visiting Kiawah Island with my family every summer since I was a kid, so the Lowcountry has felt like my second home for decades. I know these oak-lined roads, hidden creeks, and beach communities like the back of my hand.
When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, you’ll catch me cruising the scenic Lowcountry backroads with the windows down, chasing sunsets on the beach, squeezing in a round of golf, or hunting down the best shrimp and grits around. At home, life is full of love and treats thanks to my wonderful wife and our two hilarious, high-energy velcro Vizslas who think every piece of food on the table belongs to them.
