Born and raised in GA, I took the advice from my father and started my Real Estate Career at the age of 23. He thought I would be good at it, and he was right. I quickly earned the Designations of Accredited Buyer Rep., ABR and Graduate of the Realtor Institute, GRI. Right after that I earned my Brokers license. I have always been a Top producer in my office and received multiple awards and recognition from my peers. In 2000, I decided to relocate to Charleston SC. I was drawn to the city for its History, Character and Charm. Starting all over in Real Estate, again, I quickly earned the status of a Top Producer. I went on to learn new construction and obtained a Builders License. Next, I was a Broker In Charge for a local independent company, where we ranked in the top 10 for the Charleston market. I ventured out to start working on investment properties, and started 'flipping' homes next. I have a vast knowledge of the market, market conditions, new construction process, along with renovations. I truly enjoy helping people and families locate their new homes!
