Cat’s love of real estate came young with a magnetism towards beautiful houses from the time she was a little girl! 

With an AA in Architecture/interior design and a BA in Marketing, Cat started her career in corporate relocation in the Philadelphia area and eventually moved to general brokerage in the Southern NJ market. 

Like many in the Charleston area, she was relocated by Boeing 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the southern charm. She met and married a Charleston native and now resides in Goose Creek with their blended family of 5 children and two dogs. 

You will see her shine when she utilizes her new construction inside knowledge to help you navigate the process of building new construction. She also specializes at navigating the often sticky process of divorce with professionalism and making sure that both can walk away with as much equity as possible to start fresh. Having lived a life of adversity, Cat strives to educate others like her about programs that can make the American Dream of home ownership a reality!
