Ann moved to Summerville from Greenville, SC in 2005, after just retiring from her dental hygiene career of sixteen years. She has two grown children and four grandchildren. Ann also enjoys spending time with her husband, Ron, and Charlie, a Westie.

After settling in the beautiful town of Summerville, she heard of Nexton, a community that had just launched. Ann decided to make a visit to The Greeting House and see if they were hiring. She was hired soon after her introduction. Her gift of hospitality worked well with those interested in such an amazing community then and certainly now!

While enjoying representing Nexton, Ann also owned a Staging Business, Transitions By Design. Real estate soon became the next step in Ann’s career. Beginning a career in real estate in 2017 has continued and Ann has just joined Realty One Group Coastal.

Ann remains a consultant to her listing clients concerning the arrangement of furniture and design to show their listing at its best! Buyers also are served well while comprehending their desires to capture their dream home while always considering the buyers' price point and location.
