Can we really be honest with each other for a minute? Whether you're buying a house or selling one, it is stressful! I might go so far as to say that it may be one of the biggest stressors in life. It’s a big purchase, a big commitment and it is a process not for the faint of heart. But the joys of owning your own home are so worth it! After spending over 30 years in Real Estate, I have had the pleasure of serving home buyers and sellers with the same level of service I expect- a service driven, go above and beyond, mission to earn a five star review every time mentality. This is my calling, purpose and passion and it is evident in each of the caring messages I receive from buyers and sellers, before, during and after the transaction has closed.

 I’ve been in your shoes before, and too many times I’m left feeling like the agent just wanted to sell me a house, close the deal and get paid and they weren’t really listening to or advocating for me. I’ll be the first one to say that being a Realtor is not an easy job, not by a long shot. I do things for my clients that I never dreamed I’d do because I truly care. I probably care too much and if you know me you this is true but I want to exceed my clients expectations and I love what I do. I’ve personally bought and sold 15 houses and I've counseled countless others as they've navigated the process. When I was 18, I bought my first rental property with my mom, a licensed Realtor and my dad, a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. It’s in my blood! This was our first of many and the foundation on which I built my Real Estate career.

 We started flipping houses before flipping houses was cool. I took appraisal classes and began working as an Executive Assistant to a Real Estate Broker in Virginia and later got my license there, as well as a Broker's license in North Carolina and my license here in South Carolina.
